TNO and CEA presented the iSTORMY Advanced BMS Functionalities in poster format
On 26 and 27 April 2023, the Advanced Battery Power Conference took place in Aachen, Germany. The conference was hosted by ISEA RWTH Aachen. The conference serves as platform for companies, research institutes, universities and individuals to present their work in the field of battery technology to a broad professional audience.
For iSTORMY, partners TNO and CEA participated in the conference. Specifically, Antoine Laurin (CEA) and Tim Meulenbroeks (TNO, Netherlands Organization for Applied Scientific Research). The motivation for attending the event was to disseminate, networking and find related research opportunities. Also, to gauge the international developments in this field and compare them to the iSTORMY developments were motivations to attend the conference.
Antoine and Tim have disseminated the advanced Battery Management System (BMS) functionalities of the iSTORMY system through a poster presentation, which you can find here. Additionally, by participating in the conference and networking we have spread the word of the developments within the project.
During the conference, more than 800 participants attended, as well as 40 exhibitors, about 350 scientific posters and about 50 speakers.
